DVDx InfoTool
DVDx InfoTool window will help you to see a lot of DVD movie informations helpful to tune the settings of a DVD ripper software and helpful for DVD software developers too.
DVDx InfoTool shows the DVD structure (such as VTS, PGC, and menus) and the video / audio / subtitle format of a DVD-Video disc (protected or not). The information can be displayed in two views: a complete dump or "text" which filters out less useful details.
For developers interest: this pre-release uses libdvdread to get DVD information from IFO files. VOB files aren't parsed and can even be absent from the VIDEO_TS folder. DVDx InfoTool uses Qt library and we ensure to compile on MinGW32, Mac OS X and Linux with GNU compiler chain, with latest gcc/ g++ versions.
DVDx InfoTool is a perfect companion of DVDx encoder, for users it shows video attribute which you can use to tune DVDx Input Settings and we hope it will help DVDx (and any DVD-Video related software) developers to fix bugs and make better code.
