  • Subtitles language can be changed when converting video
  • Pictured-based subtitles (DVB/DVD/Blu-ray) are resized to video size
  • Fix audio filtering with multi-audio output transcoding
  • Fix burnt-in subtitles resizing and letterbox cropping
  • Updated FFmpeg libs

3. About video players: SMPlayer, Starbuck's FreePlayer and VLC

VLC SMPlayer Starbuck's FreePlayer VLC from VideoLAN is likely the best player out there, the most popular too.

However, for a few stuff, VLC has issues that other players, running MPlayer as backend, haven't.

The better two are Starbuck's FreePlayer and SMPlayer.

  • support DTS HD audio playback
  • support ADPCM IMA (QT) audio playback
