DVDx User Support
DVDx is a freeware and the most value from the labDV team is to bring a high level of support regarding such an open source project - maintaining so much C/C++ Windows code is a real challenge.
Because the labDV team is the most involved in developing DVDx code, we can achieve a great level of user support.

What should you do if you have any problem using DVDx ?
First read the FAQ, you will find answers to the most common and recurring issues.
Second, read the guides: starter guide for beginners, official guide for an overall presentation of what you can do and how to do it, splitting guide to extract parts of a DVD movie.
Then go to the DVDx support forum, proceed to a search with key words and finally post a brief and clear description of your issue.
